OneDrive: Refreshed Libraries View in OneDrive Web

What changed

Users can see more recently accessed libraries, navigate to default document libraries for Teams and favorite SharePoint sites, and use new filtering, sorting, and view options.

Why it matters

The replacement navigation changes how users reach Teams and SharePoint libraries from OneDrive and can affect support instructions.

Known limitations

• Availability, prerequisites and rollout scope remain authoritative in the linked Microsoft documentation.

Now check

• Confirm rollout for a pilot set of OneDrive web users
• Test recent libraries, Teams and SharePoint favorites, filters, sorting and views
• Update user guidance and verify there are no navigation or access regressions
