Public preview of self-service onboarding for new Microsoft Entra App Gallery applications

Previously, publishing a new application to Microsoft Entra App Gallery could require multiple review cycles.

What changed

Publishers submitted an integration, received feedback, made corrections, and resubmitted it, which delayed when customers could discover and deploy the application. Today, we're announcing the public preview of self-service onboarding for new applications to Microsoft Entra App Gallery .

Why it matters

Preview information is useful for planning but must not be treated as a guaranteed production date or tenant-wide availability.

Known limitations

  • Availability, prerequisites and rollout scope remain authoritative in the linked Microsoft documentation.

Now check

  • Confirm preview status and prerequisites
  • Use a nonproduction pilot when available
  • Track the Microsoft source for rollout changes
