July Windows 11 update adds managed Start and accessibility changes

The July update for Windows 11 versions 25H2 and 24H2 begins a gradual rollout of the redesigned Start menu, accessibility improvements, quieter Widgets, better File Explorer size units and expanded Windows Hello ESS support.
