Windows 11 version 24H2 Home and Pro reach end of updates on 13 October 2026; Enterprise and Education editions remain supported until 12 October 2027.

What changed

The October deadline applies to Home and Pro, not every 24H2 edition. Devices still on those editions will stop receiving monthly security and preview updates after the deadline.
