New single device page becomes the default experience in the Intune admin center

Microsoft Intune now uses the new single device page as the default experience for all admins, and the previous device page is no longer available.

What changed

In Devices > All devices , select a device to view details and properties, monitor activity, access tools and reports, and perform supported actions from a consistent layout across platforms. Existing device-management capabilities remain available.

Why it matters

The retired legacy device page changes administrator navigation and can affect RBAC-based helpdesk procedures, screenshots and device-action runbooks.

Known limitations

  • Availability, prerequisites and rollout scope remain authoritative in the linked Microsoft documentation.

Now check

  • Test the new device page with each required Intune RBAC role
  • Validate device actions, reports and workload status
  • Update helpdesk screenshots and operating procedures
